Competitive pay: $45.65–$77.76 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, licensure, and clinical responsibilities.

Duties
As a mental health professional with Safe Mind Counseling LLC, you will providecompassionate, ethical, and client-centered care while maintaining professional and clinical standards.

Provide individual, family, group, child, adolescent, and adult mental health services within your scope of practice.

Conduct mental health assessments, intake evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing clinical assessments as appropriate.
-
Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and other clinically appropriate modalities.

Provide therapy and counseling related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, grief, family concerns, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, life transitions, addiction-related concerns, and other mental health needs.

Complete clinical notes and required documentation accurately and withinthe required timeframe following client sessions.

Complete documentation promptly so that Safe Mind Counseling LLC can submit claims accurately and efficiently, reduce billing delays, receive reimbursement in a timely manner, and maintain a smooth and timely clinician payment process.

Ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects services provided, interventions used, client response, progress, treatment goals, and applicable medical-necessity requirements.

Maintain timely and accurate treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and other required clinical records.

Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, ethical standards, and appropriateprofessional boundaries.

Utilize ICD-10 and applicable CPT coding accurately when required for documentation and billing.

Respond to documentation, billing, or clinical requests in a timely manner when additional information or corrections are needed.

Participate in treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, andcoordination of care when clinically appropriate.

Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, schools, healthcare professionals,and other members of a client's support system when appropriate and authorized.

Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based mental health practices.

Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and professional developmentas appropriate.
-
Provide telehealth and/or in-person services based on practice and client needs.
Requirements
-
Current and appropriate state licensure as a mental health professional, such as LCSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or another applicable behavioral health license, as required by the state.

Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, families, or diverse populations.

Strong clinical skills and familiarity with evidence-based psychotherapy approaches.
-
Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain appropriatedocumentation, and provide ethical and client-centered care.

Familiarity with ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, medical terminology, and behavioral health documentation standards.

Experience with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth platforms preferred.

Strong commitment to completing clinical documentation accurately and on time.

Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills.
-
Ability to work independently while participating in consultation and collaboration when appropriate.

Experience with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, special education, school-based populations, or complex behavioral health needs is a plus.

Experience with crisis management, case management, co-occurring disorders, or specialized behavioral health populations is a plus.
