My Story
During my time as an international student from China, my journey to study mental health has opened my eyes to the diverse struggles people face regarding this crucial topic. I have come to realize that mental health challenges are often compounded by culturalities, making it essential to approach these issues with empathy and understanding. My experiences have fueled my passion for advocating mental health awareness bridging cultural divides, and helping others find their voice in a world that often overlooks these important conversations.
